Whiteoaks Capital was set up in 2016 to offer support to growing businesses in Bristol. In 2017, Whiteoaks Capital purchased 40 Berkeley Square to house a business start up programme to support and invest in new local businesses. The remaining office space in the building will be used for co-working office space, offered on a flexible basis to various businesses.

The project is working to a fast paced program. The project team are delivering a strip-out, third floor and roof terrace extension and new curtain walling, finished to full fit-out in a 12 month period right through from project kick-off to occupation. The project has posed many challenges; on-going engagement with local residents and businesses, engaging with local planning authority and developing a design that will set a precedent for future projects.
